There are two connected houses on the property – a guest house and a recreational house with a total area of 400 m2.

Guest House
The guest house has 4 comfortable and convenient rooms with private bathrooms:
• Room 1 with double bed, 2-seater sofa bed and TV,
• Room 2 with double bed, single bed and TV,
• Room 3 with double bed and 2-seater sofa bed,
• Room 4 with a double bed and a single bed.
An extra bed or cot available on request.
Each room has its own standard en-suite bathroom with shower (equipped with towels, hairdryer and toiletries, slippers and bathrobes on request).
There is a dining room and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large TV, comfortable sofas and a shared fully equipped kitchen. In it you will find a pressure cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, tableware and a set of pots.
Self-catering– it is possible to order meals with delivery.
The guest house also has space for children – a play area for the youngest and a separate area for older children with board games, TV and access to a PlayStation console.

The 100 m2 multifunctional room with sound system provides many possibilities for leisure activities. It is the ideal place to hold a large meeting by the fireplace, a business meeting, a training course, a film show, a disco with karaoke, or to arrange a gymnasium, e.g. for a yoga class.
The mezzanine is equipped with a pool table, table football, ping-pong table and dart board.
